Is a phrase that we all talk about or think of when we are upset or unsatisfied with how other bosses run their businesses. We are often quick to judge how bosses handle their businesses. We do not think of how hard it could be for them to manage the business, the staff and the difficult customers they may get. We also tend to forget the years of experience it takes to run a business or the fact that those bosses may have studied to be what they are today.
I do understand that some bosses are pricks or they treat their staff unfairly but I would think that the majority do the opposite. I would think that now and then you should cut the bosses some slack because they may just be having a bad day. That day may be the one you witnessed that they are a bad boss.
I cannot help but to think that all bosses would be great if they treated their staff with respect and dignity, that they would be able to receive respect back from their staff. With a favourable friendly working environment, staff and bosses will be able to be more productive at the end of the day.
